Accommodation

Choose between Hotels or Guest Houses. Guest Houses are generally very friendly and give great breakfasts (included in price). Hotels may (but not always) have a wider range of facilities e.g. restaurants for evening meals etc. My choice would be a Guest House. If booking a hotel, check if they have an in-house discotheque. If they do it will be noisy and you may not get much sleep, but you will be able to dance.

For Guest Houses try :-
Guest houses: (20 -25 minutes walk from meeting or bus to 10 minutes walk from meeting): Ask for corporate (business) rate when booking and price should include breakfast.

For Hotels:-
A good general hotel booking agency, who will locate a suitable hotel and book for you (at no extra cost to you) is:-

Lansdowne Reservations phone : +353 1 6602328 fax : +353 1 6681803

Its best to phone them (rather than fax) as then they can discuss the details of the accomodation with you. Tell them you would like to be within 20-25 minutes walk of Earlsfort Terrace. Some suitable areas close to the meeting location are, Harcourt Street, Leeson Street, Ballsbridge, Herbert Park. If you want to stay close to lively night-life then a hotel in the Temple Bar area might suit.

There are also a number of web-based hotel booking services.
